DO NOT USE RAM
So I bought a battery at Mobicel and they told me RAM was going to deliver it. I have been waiting for days using up my money to call these people and no representative from RAM has even had the decency to call me and tell me where my parcel is. I'm so fed up with this poor customer service. They are the worst couriers.

10 Dec 2019, 11:07That's the response I have been getting since Friday "Out for delivery" and quite frankly I'm fed up with it. What I need now is for someone to call me and tell me what time my parcel will be here. I cannot put my errands and life on hold sitting at home waiting for a parcel I dont know will arrive or not. For goodness sake my place is 30 minutes from the hub.
