Do not use RAM

Still waiting for my parcel. Driver log's movement that nobody is at home. Logged a complaint but I do not get any help, they keep on saying it will be delivered tomorrow. What a shocking experience! An unacceptable behaviour to this courier company, no one should use them. They don't respect customers, no professionalism, no punctuality with respect to deliveries. Their call centre people, lies a lot. My parcel was never delivered and still no clue where they kept it. Don't use these people (RAM), they are bad news for parcels. Rather use FEDEX. I am now going to phone 702 to report this Courier company
