DO NOT USE FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES!

It takes a week to get an overnight parcel delivered! Their service is absolutely shocking in so many ways. From the person who wrote half of the address on the waybill, to the person who incorrectly looked up the address and then the person who had to rectify the mistake who didn't follow the right procedures to arrange a delivery for the next day AGAIN!!!!
