Do not trust or expect a service or word from Ram couriers

Got told a copy of ID would be sufficient, got told by the driver you need a original ID. Arranged with the driver *** that we can meet again in 30 mins, he just turned his phone off after 3pm when working up to 5 saying he is done for the day after it has been arranged. Calling customer care does not help they are just as bad.
