Do not keep to delivery dates & times

On Tuesday 5 May I received message saying my parcel (Vodacom cell phone) was out for delivery. I gave the work address (it is a school) as there is some one there from 06:00-17:00 daily. That evening at 16:52 I got a call from the driver asking if I had an alternative address as the school was closed, which I find highly unlikely. I gave him my home address with is 2km from the school and asked him to deliver here as I was at home. At 18:03 he finally delivered the parcel. Much to my surprise there was only one phone, but I have upgraded 2 cell phones. He said he checked but there was only one package for me but he was sure the other one would be there the next day. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I received whatsapp messages stating that my parcel was out for delivery, but never received anything, On Friday 8 May at 18:00 I received a call from the driver saying he had the parcel for me but I was not home. The address he was given was the same as the first, the school. No school would be open at that time of night. I asked him to please bring it to me as I was at a restaurant in town (about 3km from the school) He simply laughed at me and said he would not bring it, I would have to wait for Monday or when ever they would deliver. Which I find TOTALLY not acceptatble as he was so close and I had been waiting for more than a week. I received a message and had to reply if the address was given was correct and if they could arrange it for Monday 11 May, and if there was any special message I would like to add. I stated that the date was acceptable and that the delivery should be between 07:00-16:00 to make sure there was someone to sign for it. It was so noted on their system. I received confirmation that the parcel would be delivered as agreed 11May between 07:00-16:00. Well nothing was delivered as promised. I sent the driver as sms from the number he called me on and he did not reply. It is now 18:38 and I have still not received my parcel. Worst courier company I have ever worked with...they do not keep to their word...and their drivers do not deliver as promised or requested.
