Do not ever use RAM

Absolutely the worst service ever !!!!

I contacted RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers regarding a delivery issue. I was frustrated because I wasn’t getting clear assistance, and while I’ll admit I raised my voice out of frustration, the call was ended without any warning or attempt to de-escalate the situation.

I understand agents deal with difficult calls, but abruptly disconnecting a customer instead of explaining or escalating the matter to a supervisor is unprofessional and only makes the situation worse.

Customer service should aim to resolve issues, especially when a client is already stressed about a delivery. A simple warning or proper escalation would have been a better approach.

I hope RAM can address this and improve how calls are handled when tensions are high.
