Do not care attitude from RMA couriers

I ordered a computer case with a glass side panel from a person in Stellenbosch on Tuesday, 03rd December, 2024. It arrived at my premises on Thursday, 05th December, 2024 and upon opening the box, the glass side panel was shattered, I mean totally shattered. It's like the package was kicked around the ware house, in spite of the box being marked FRAGILE. Now, 2 very important things to note here: 1: The seller certainly did not send me a computer case with the side panel shattered. 2: I opened the box in the presence of the delivery driver, so that is proof I did not break the side panel. So the only conclusion that can be reached is that the glass side panel was shattered sometime AFTER collection and BEFORE delivery. I have tried emailing them about this multiple times, however, not one response. Totally disgusting, pathetic, ********* service. Do not care attitude
