Do not believe anything RAM tell you. They lie

Timeline of events: Thursday, 22 February I call and an agent with the name of Nicolese tells me my parcel will be delivered by the end of the day. Friday, 23 February I call to inquire where my parcel is and they say it is not on their system yet so it cannot be on its way to be delivered. I ask to speak to a supervisor who promised to look into the matter and get back to me. The supervisor doesn't get back to me. Tuesday 28 February I receive an SMS saying that my parcel will be delivered today. I call them and say I am on the road and ask them please to leave with my concierge which they agree to. I check later on their tracking which states they tried to call me to cofirm address to which I never picked up. This is a lie as no one tried to call me. I call back and they say they will have them contact me... Noone has contacted me a few hours later. I call the provider who promises me they will be contacting me shortly and I still hear nothing.
