Dissapointment caused by RAM Couriers

My name is Lebogang I have app**** for a cellphone contract with Vodacom online was approved on the 13th November 2018, can you believe to date i have still not received the cellphone because I am told that their deliveries are handled by RAM Couriers, I called them on 19th and they told me that they will deliver the device the following day, the phone not delivered as agreed, Wednesday i called them again I spoke to the guy called Tracy he told me that he will organize for the phone to be delivered the same day and someone will call me to confirm that, still the phone was not delivered, this morning i called them again and i was told that because i stay in a township their deliveries only happen on certain days, and last week Friday i called Vodacom to change the address and it did. Vodacom also mentioned that the have received a confirmation from RAM that my delivery address has been changed to my work address, and today when i called Vodacom they said they have arranged for my phone to be delivered today but, when i call RAM am told something totally deferent and really not happy about this and how my situation is been handled. I wish someone can help in this regard i would never advise anyone to use RAM for any service even myself i don't think i c an even use it due to their incompetence and making people fools.
