dissapointed service

durban cbd branch call center( ********** 700) utterly rude, delivery guy had to be called almost 4 times to find out where he is....

kept being told to wait outside as he has arrived but the damn guy wasn't even there...

really disappointed by ram this time around because I've always had pleasant things to say about them in the past
