Disrespectful Driver

I am so angry with your courier guy Ntokozo who has my package and failed to deliver and he even said I can complain he doesn't even care why is Vodacom giving you guys contract when your driver's with bad attitude don't respect us as client's and fail to do their job I been dealing with so many courier service which deliver and their drivers never disrespect us provide good service am waiting for my package since Monday and even got a call from Vodacom to confirm my address now your rude and disrespectful driver is telling me something else when we are both the same road and he could have done his job and deliver my package instead he doesn't even care whether I get it or not
