Disrespectful and Unprofessional

I have been waiting the whole day for a courier to deliver my package. I was told they deliver between 9-5. I waited until 5 and nobody showed up. I was called half past 5 only and was already at home. If they called me to advise they will be late my expectations would have been managed. This is unacceptable I have been waiting for this package. It was unprofessional and disrespectful for him or her not to contact me.
