Dismal performance

I waited for the delivery of my item on the 26 April 2021, i had contacted them to ensure this and constantly checked the online tracking. When checking the tracking on the 27 April 2021, the details supp**** were false as no delivery vehicle arrived at my premises and no attempt whatsoever was made to contact me. The non delivery had inconvenienced me and there is no help whatsoever from the call center. This poor service is putrid and has left a lasting impression.
