Dishonest, Unrelaible, *************

I had a shipment sent out for delivery Friday 27 June 2025 as per their tracking. Waited whole day and no delivery/ no contact attempted. The same story the Monday. Another day wasted. The Tuesday I managed to get hold of the custoemr servcies team to be told uit will be delivered before COB. That was after 2pm When I enquired again at 16h45 they told me address was bad and the driver had attempted delivery but they could not verify the address he attempted to deliver to. When I further enquired they even **** and said the company was closed when they tried to deliver. Its a home address and theres always someone there.The person who assisted me Londi Selebogo advise they wll try to deliver tomorrow, Wednesday, but cannot guarentee delivery.

They are the worst courier company Ive ever dealt with. Dishonest and *************. I hope I get my shipment tomorrow after 5 days with the courier
