Dishonest RAM Employees
RAM was meant to call me a day before they come to deliver my parcel (Vodacom ***). They never called, the on 9 December 2021, they just rocked up when I was out. The lady said when I come back I can call her since she has some deliveries in the area.
I came back after 30 mins and called returned the call (at 10:57AM) but the call was answered by some different (a guy who said it's RAM number I had called). He told me that he would pass the message to the lady that I am home so she can bring my parcel.
I called the number (+***5) 3 more times (11:31AM, 12:47AM and 3:28PM) during the day and the same guy answered and assured me that he had told the lady and she was definitely coming to deliver on the same day (9 December 2021).
Why would RAM work with such employees, who give a bad name to the company?
When I called again at 5:51PM the phone was going straight to voicemail.
Please note that the courier did come to attempt the delivery and was not able to get you at the address.
The couriers currently are working on high volumes of parcels and cannot be reattempt a failed delivery on the day.
The validations agent tried contacting you and there was no pick on your phone after delivery was attempted.
The queries department will contact you today to advise of a delivery arrangement.

As I mentioned earlier, the person that was answering the phone confirmed to me 3 times yesterday that the delivery was going to be done on the same day.
They could have been honest enough to tell me that it will not be on the same day.
