Dishonest Ram couriers

I have been waiting for my vodacom order to be delivered by Ram couriers, it's been 5 working days. They called yesterday - fortunately my phone was in my hand and it only rang once and call was dropped when i tried calling them back i can't get through. What makes me angry is that whdn i track my order online it says "phone rings no answer to voice mail" almost like they tried to get hold of me? I'm almost sure they called my phone and cut the call after one ring so they could update nonsense on their tracking information. Such dishonesty.
