Dishonest Customer Service Representative

I was notified that my Shipment would be out for delivery yesterday the 7th of December 2023. I waited all day and no one showed up. At around 16:45pm I tracked my order and it said failed delivery contact not available so I contacted customer service who said that they closing at 5pm and the delivery would be today the 8th. Again I received an email confirming my order is out for delivery I waited till 2pm and there was no delivery so I called again and the lady said to me the driver is in your area and he will call you before he arrives and she ensured me that I would receive my delivery as the items were urgently needed for an event tomorrow am. I waited and waited and called again and was told my order is out for delivery and will be delivered by 6pm. I waited till 6 and still no delivery so I tracked my order online and only go see my order status again is failed delivery but this time says company closed. I called customer service for the 5th time and I got to an automatic out of hours message. I wasted 2 days waiting my order and still have not received the items which were needed for tomorrow
