DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE

RAM were supposed to deliver a package yesterday to my house. When I tracked the package it says on their website..... that they sent me a sms.... Lies.... nothing received.... then it says that nobody lives at such address...... another lie.....

I have checked our complex security footage and RAM where never onsite.... besides rthat our security have to call for me to allow access from my phone....

When I phoned RAM today to track my parcel... their "customer care" person... Mbula... I think... because she was trying very hard not to confirm her name.... said its my problem and I must sort it our with Vodacom....

Worst service from a courier company.... PEP Paxi is more efficient..... will never personally use them......
