Dishonest and pathetic service

I am thorougly disappointed at how RAM handled my delivery. The drivers called daily for the past week to confirm if I am available and I would but they would return the parcel saying I was not available which was a lie. I even called customer care several times and they promised that they would deliver, now my delivery was cancelled and returned to sender without my knowledge. Unprofessional and pathetic service!
