Dishonest
Ram couriers don't follow their own processes. They say they will call you to arrange delivery. They don't call and just show up and then In their feedback they put down a lie and say "Client not available we have arranged for delivery for tomorrow" when they didn't speak to me at all. frustrating and inconvinient.

after a few call backs to the call centre, the issue has been resolved the driver has returned with the parcel and I have received it. Thank you. Two ladies were able to assist me , their names Flora and Happy.
