Disgustingly disgusted !!!!

Disgusting Communication Parcel was meant to be delivered before 5pm ! I’ve been calling RAM for two hours since 4pm and still no delivery!

i spoke to Xolani Mntungwa who informed me that Mario De Jong was going to contact me in which no one has two hours later

The driver has the audacity to note “contact not home and unavailable” I WORK FROM HOME PERMANENTLY ! I can see when someone is at my gate and what a coincidence that he could note that just before 5pm

This is why I hate using RAM honestly you guys need better drivers and greater communication! I just want my parcel and to be done with RAM
