Disgusting service. The company also lies about why a parcel was not delivered by them.

RAM honestly has the worst service!! I have waited 3 days for my parcel and it does not get delivered. I have been at home and have not left at all to ensure that I receive my parcel. When I try to track my parcel it says that they could not make a delivery because they need a permit to get into the complex which is nonsense. Their call center agents offer NO HELP whatsoever. I have gone as far as asking if I can fetch my parcel from the distribution center and the agent said no! How on earth are we supposed to receive items that we have paid for when RAM has such bad service. This is honestly ridiculous
