Disgusting Service once Again

I was expecting a delivery today and remained at home the entire day based on an SMS received this morning. I now check on your website and see that the delivery was marked unsuccessful due to me not being contactable. I would love to see proof that a contact attempt was made and would love to know when i can expect this parcel .....
