Disgusting service from Ram deliveries ??

I ordered a package from Rain and the Ram delivery service providers were extremely unprofessional, I got a confirmation message stating that the package is in route then I left work in order to receive the package I then received a call from them around 10:30 they said we should meet up at my local mall and when I met up with them they then said they’ll come back as they had other deliveries in the local area till now I haven’t received my package and it’s already 17:30. I’m very very disappointed in them as they could have given me my package. I was then unable to return to work it is now 17:30 and I haven’t received my package ????
