Disgusting service from Ram couriers

I ordered phones from Vodacom to be delivered to Klerksdorp and somehow Ram could not find the address which they have delivered to and other couriers. I ask for Ram to call when they are coming to deliver because one has things to do and cant sit idling, but my surprise they couldn't find the address !!! So they returned the phone to Vodacom. Even Vodacom did not bother to tell me that the parcel has been returned.

That's a disgusting service from both Ram and Vodacom. When I called Vodacom I was told that the courier said they couldn't find anyone. I certainly did not receive any call from them. What is that?!?!!!!
