Disgusting service from RAM COURIERS

Good day, I ordered a rain 5g router, that was to be delivered by courier RAM, I have never in my life had such bad service, as when you call the call centre to ask when will it be delivered, all they state it will be by sometime in the day, when they eventually call the courier gentleman at the end of the day.....stating his somewhere in my area will deliver by 17pm, I have never been so irritated in all my life. Having to try run a business like RAM, yet holding up my customers due to RAM been ***********, no care attitude. I'm treated like I am nobody, I have never had such extreme bad service as a parcel to be delivered. Suppose I am not there HUGE customers that pay RAM Couriers.
