Disgusting service from RAM
Terrible service from RAM they have not delivered my parcel since the 29th Nov 2019 today is 10 Dec 2019 still no parcel received.one of their staff members called me two weeks back and said he will deliver tomorrow, till today im still waiting. I do not understand why vodacom is allowing this company to drag their name down the drain.been phoning vodacom to ask about my parcel now Vodacom has blocked my number saying they received unusual number of calls from me.

11 Dec 2019, 09:01After being told yesterday that my parcel will be delivered today, I called RAM to confirm delivery time so I can be at home and now they telling me my parcel is not up for delivery as they waiting for Vodacom to authorise delivery. Am really lost for words now, this does not make sense at all. poor service from RAM. since 29 Nov today is 11 December 2019 ***
