Disgusting service
Ram couriers got my address for my order wrong from Steve Madden. They then state that they need approval from Steve Madden to change address which they got wrong. They also **** that Steve madden made the incorrect address misstake. Steve madden then approves it and rams still has not delivered up till today since last week. I call Rams again today to be told that Steve madden requested another delivery address change because I asked them to expedite delivery and then rams says they now have to wait for another approval from Steve madden. You guys are actually worst than the Steven madden store because it is through you guys lying about failed delivery attempts and your damn customer agents being so rude and not willing to help.

Steve madden has approved so why the hell does it take so long? You guys need to take lessons from courier services like DHL, bash deliveries, even Mrp delivers better than you guys what is wrong with yourl?

I told him he has no option as i will not wait another week. Please work on teaching your drivers on how to respect customers
