Disgusting Service Delivery

My husband was advised that he would have to show identification to receive his parcel from Vodacom, he explained that he had lost his ID and was assured that his license would suffice. He spent the entire day at home today waiting for the delivery just so the courier could tell him that his license is not acceptable and that he could not get the parcel because he has no identification regardless of the fact that he had an affidavit stamped by the SAPS verifying that he had lost his ID. This is absolutely ridiculous and we want this mess to be sorted out IMMEDIATELY either RAM or VODACOM has to resolve this matter, if we have to pay for a product then we want it!
