Disgusting service
Since Friday RAM has been promising to deliver my parcel,I called on Monday, Tuesday and today; they keep promising to deliver before the end of the day.
I now had to take unpaid leave unnecessary because I'm always on the road (work duties) because of the company that doesn't care how their empty promises affect our daily routines.
