DISGUSTING SERVICE AND RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE

If I could give a zero, I would. The utter stress and anxiety they have caused is DISGUSTING! One of the workers I assume, entered the wrong address. So as a normal person, I went to go change it. What I didn’t know and what I was told was that IT WOULD DELAY MY DELIVERY AND IT DEPENDS ON AUTHORISATION FROM THE ISTORE. I was in contact with the Istore and they have been so lovely. And then you have RAM, they really RAM the rage out of you (No Pun intended) calling and hear the same music for 30 minutes over and over again. The WhatsApp feature is just there to waste your time and your money! Disgusting! I have been waiting since last week Friday, it’s been a week. And yet no delivery! Disgusting behaviour!

I just want my package, is that too much to ask for?
