Disgusting service

I had a delivery that was scheduled for today when I tracked my parcel in the morning it had already left for delivery At 7:04, later in the day when I called, a consultant picked up and was not even attentive, promising that I would receive it before 17:00, only when I call again around 16:20 I was informed that a driver accidentally took it to the airport, the consultant Promised me a call back here I am 2 hours later waiting for it, I am very disgusted by the service rendered by the company and the employees they keep, I was disgusted by how these consultants handle themselves, telephone etiquette non existent, in an economy were people are losing their jobs I really don’t understand why people will **** on their jobs like this!!!
