DISGUSTING SERVICE
This is the 2nd time that I have items that needed to be delivered to my house and both times the service has been terrible. They phone after they have left the house to say that they were at the delivery address and no one was home. On both occassions there were people at the delivery address. More disturbing is that when I called their customer care line the person who answered and her supervisor were unhelpful, unprofessional. I might as well have been speaking to a robot who gives automated responses. I will never buy something online if RAM is the delivery service.

14 Dec 2021, 12:43I was told by your rude supervisor that they could not provide a time and that i had to just sit it out and wait for a 2nd day. He also said that they do not knock on the door or ring the bell. They phone when they are outside to see if anyone is home. After I promised to take this matter to social media and to make sure this matter gets exposed, someone from RAM rang my doorbell unannounced late yesterday (after 5pm) with my parcel. That was after they told me it would be here today. So what you say and what you do are vastly different. I have my parcel but you have to get your systems working properly and tell your delivery people not be ***** and your supervisor to treat your customers like they are people not just a number.

14 Dec 2021, 12:44About a month ago the same thing happened with another delivery also with RAM. They said they were at the delivery address but clearly they were not. I then only received my goods a week later. So I have had enough!!!!!
