Disgusting Service

<p>I have never been so disrespected in my life, I app**** for a contract phone with Vodacom and phone was to be delivered today the delivery person was to call me before they brought the phone ,I get a phone call and my son accidentally hangs up ,I then called back the number immediately, a man answered the phone before even greeting me says” why do you hang up when I call you” I tell him what happened and I then asked who am I speaking to, he tells me he is here to deliver my phone and wants to confirm my address but his tone is so Rude speaking to me as if he is speaking to a child ,I then tell him not to address me in that manner and let him know I’m coming outside to get my delivery, before I could finish he already hung the phone, I then called back and said he is leaving this is a ***** tried calling him again that’s where I got angry , I then said I would report him, he told me he has left and said I can go report him to his boss and what makes matters worse is he threatened me saying we will meet face to face and that scares me as this person has my address and my phone numbers, really if these are the kind of people that work for you going around being disrespectful to their clients and making threats you have failed as a Company, If something happens to me as I was threatened by your own Employee you will be liable as these people have our personal information.</p> <p>I didn’t even get his name but this is number: ********** </p>
