Disgusting service

Ram sent an sms saying my parcel will be delivered today, I've called them numerous times the driver said that he will definitely deliver but I have not received anything yet.

Their service is utterly pathetic!

A lady by the name of Logan (Durban branch) is purely rude and has no customer service what so ever. I clearly explained to her that this was a matter of urgency and she had told me it will be delivered tomorrow. I then called the Johannesburg branch as I need the package today and they told me it will be delivered today. When I went to track the package i see its now going to be delivered for tomorrow when I did not agree to that. Logan logged the delivery for tomorrow without me approving it, i called again and she had shouted at me over the phone.
Please can you be kind enough to help me receive my parcel today.

No one has called me yet. A guy named Walter had told me that they will deliver today but I haven't gotten any feedback. No arrangements was made for a delivery to be done for tomorrow, LO

WOW RAM still no package!!!! Will I ever receive my package because you guys are not allowing me to collect it from the depot neither are you delivering do you guys just ***** everyone's packages there are so many people on hellopeter that are having the exact same issue as me!

Will an honest person ever help me!???
