Disgusting service
Disgusting service they give to customers. They do not tell you that a copy of your ID won't work, they need original document. You only find this out when the driver arrives. You let them know this is not your fault but their fault for not explaining what is required on delivery. They promise the driver will come back. Then you call the driver in the afternoon and he tells you straight out he won't be coming back. You try call ram hand to hand customer care but the line keeps getting cut. I would never recommend ram hand to hand couriers.

Your service provider is responsible for advising you what documents are needed upon delivery not Ram
Driver can only go back to your address once he has done his other deliveries as we treat all our customers equally
Please provide reference number so we can escalate your matter

08 Jan 2025, 14:10Good day. Your cuatomer care Centre called me not long after your Driver left and advised that this driver did not have alot of deliveries so he would be back today to deliver. I called your R driver at 1pm and he was very rude and said he will not come back today. I am in the customer service industry so I know what customer service is all about and this service recieved by you guys is disgusting. The story keeps changing everytime I follow up. This morning was not my fault, I expect my delivery by 5pm today as I was advised your driver did not have alot of deliveries and would make it back today. At 1pm he said he was in centurion. If your drivers take their time driving around to customers that is alos not my problem.

Really disgusting from ram couriers and your agents on WhatsApp are not prepared to help a customer properly either.
