Disgusting service!!!

I received a message stating my parcel wil get dropped off today between 9/5 i phoned in requesting they please just send me a message 30 min before they come...they said they logged the request..hours later i phone again to ask when wil they be there i have herd nothing and they said they waiting to hear back from driver I am house sitting and been up down whole day waiting for my parcel at last spoke to driver just before 5 to be told "eish we won't make today we at collecting" then was told to meet them half way i said no they can deliver,to be told we wil phone you back, i was on phone to ask for the manager just so the agent on the other side didn't mute the mike just keeping me on the other side hanging in the air!!!! By then it's after 5 and haven't herd anything yet i left to go to be called at 5/30 o we in your road i rush back and then for the very ****y driver not to assist me as i pleaded i didn't have my id it was at the other house i had a photo on my phone and my drivers license i don't have a printer either to print a copy...he spoke to a superior who asked if he can identify me on the picture of my id i said ill even email it to them and he could scan it off my phone he spoke on in Another language not wanting to help me then drove off...very unhelpful i want toe cancel my order i have ordered alot of things online but the service is shocking i am a customer not trash that you think you can be spiteful!!! Very discussed in Ram won't ever recommend you!!! Ir waa for business i needed my order for them to treat me like that is terrible you treat customers with pride!!! It's a business you want to be proud of not that every dread using you!!!! Totally disappointed!!!!!
