DISGUSTING SERVICE

I placed an order with RAIN for wifi . They use the delivery company RAM. On my order itt requested the deliver address which was provided. Their driver went to wrong address even though it clearly states where it needs o be delivered to. They sent me an sms saying it failed. without even attempting to call me. Closer to the end of the day, thursday. a call centro agent based in Johannesburg called saying they were at property and i was not tehre. I then told call centre agent that was the wrongaddress and that they should check there details properly. The agent promised that it would arrive the next day. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I have emailed and have gotten no response i used their online chat service which first waited 2 hours and got no response. today i tried again . the agent agave one response and then just stop replying. This is disgusting service as this is our orders. promises are made which is false advertising. this was RAMS error for a driver not being able to follow directions and the lack of communication is appalling.
