DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am completely disgusted in the lack of service RAM offers or should I say their promise, promise, promise and NO delivery. I was told my parcel would be delivered on 03/02 - when i called as the website had not been updated - I was told it wasn't loaded on the truck and was promised it would be delivered today 04/02. When i checked your website this morning - again not updated - so i called and AGAIN it wasn't put on the truck. After a serious complaint - i was told that they would put it on a truck and it would be delivered by 16:30 today. After numerous calls to your call centre - I was promised it would be delivered by 16:30. It is now 17:00 and i am STILL at my work waiting - even though I am supposed to leave at 5pm. Now when I call NO ONE can get hold of the driver and surprise surprise his radio center AS WELL!!! How long am i supposed to sit and wait here for a delivery that YOU promised would be delivered. Your customer service is SHOCKING and i am truly disappointed! I am no awaiting a call back from your call center - which I've actually just received telling me my parcel was incorrectly routed and WILL NOT BE delivered today!! How does it TAKE THE WHOLE DAY to figure out that a parcel I have been calling about the entire day has in fact been misrouted. I have now been PROMISED yet again that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow - wonder why i have absolutely NO faith in this statement!! I personally will NEVER use RAM again and will definitely voice my disgusting treatment to anyone who will listen! How a business can be run like this is beyond me!!!
