Disgusting service

They don’t even deserve the 1 star, their service is utterly disgusting and they are reporting lies on their tracking system. I have not received a call from them nor their driver, yet they say the parcel delivery was unsuccessful and they did not get me on the phone. Their system shows that they tried to deliver in Pretoria whilst The address clearly states midrand.
