Disgusting service

I'm now furious 😠 my parcel was meant to be delivered latest yesterday and it still hasn't arrived. You have called me 3 times to verify the address and each time I've given it to you and now there's a query on my address which I told 4 consultants that you had already delivered yo my address. On Tues I waited at home all day because I was told the parcel would arrive before 12. I took off work to sit around and it never arrived. Then this morning some cheeky call center agent a girl named vusi hung up on me twice telling me she would not speak to me because I was irritated. I am absolutely disgusted in this service and want my parcel delivered today. I don't care how you do it. The agent I've just spoken to admitted that it's the other agents negligence in not bothering to log my call. So the way I see it the mistake is on your side and therefore you should go out of your way to fix it. This is shocking service.
