Disgusting service!

Absolutely disgusting service from Ram Couriers. From the absolute dishonesty of their drivers and complete lack of effort and calls to their pathetic call centre operators that probably get paid for blatantly lying to clients and wasting their airtime and time. Not to mention the call centre agent that had the audacity to disconnect my call after I have spent in excess of 60+ minutes trying to get hold of them to simply deliver my packages!! They are completely *********** and for some reason their managers are protected better than the president. I'm going to take this matter way further should I not receive my packages by COB and be reimbursed to the waste of my time and airtime. It's unbelievable that a company that is as big as this is so incapable of being honest and trustworthy!
