DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! Never been so frustrated in all my life! First I had to follow up a week after a parcel was logged to be collected and no one had pitched yet only to find out that they had marked it as collected when it hadn't been. Now another week later there is no trace of my parcel anywhere...a R2000 sports watch vanished. Every time I try to phone their agents the contact person I was given by the sports watch company is out of the office or on lunch. After begging one of her colleagues for help and being promised I would get a call back...nothing. Now every time I phone I'm just put on hold and no one ever picks up on the other end. My call has been cut off twice. WHAT MUST I DO TO FIND OUT WHERE MY WATCH IS??????????????????????????????????????????????????? PATHETIC!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
