Disgusting service!

I am disgusted with the service I have received from RAM, a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Friday has still not been delivered, even after providing times that they could deliver, they ignore those times and arrive when they please, and then argue with you on the phone about times that have been set. I want to cancel a delivery because they can't deliver my parcel. Disgusting service, I would never recommend them to anyone.
