Disgusting Service

They actually deserve NO stars, ask their supervisor in Upington Northern Cape branch on Tuesday 10-04-2018 to pick up a parcel for me, they forget, the next day they forget again, when I phone the supervisor on Thursday 12-04-2018 he had an attitude toward me, I told him he must fixed his slip up, he said he will send it me the same they. Later the day they brought the parcel, asked me R552-00. I ask the driver why so much, he told me they made a Special delivery, the vehicle run only for my parcel. Apparently Now I must pay for HIS slip up. BAD SERVICE Mr Villander!!!!!!!!
