Disgusting service

On the 2nd December I received a message saying my package is our for delivery but until today no package as this is a third day now, yesterday the Ram driver called me saying he has my delivery but with no adress which was a lie I then gave him my adress and he promised to come but never did until I called him and said he forgotten about my parcel , I asked him to please deliver it as it's urgent he then asked me what will I give him when I said nothing as it's his job he then didn't pitch, this is a third day my parcel Been out for delivery but never got it and now I've 2 parcels stuck from Ram as I received another message today for a different parcel which I haven't received also, I'm so disgusted by their service and I pray where I buy my things that they never use Ram to deliver my parcel,Bull**** of a company this one with ***** drivers also
