Disgusting service

I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered to my place of work in Cape Town for days. RAM called me on Thursday 12/03/2020 to notify me that they would be unable to deliver and requested a delivery time for Friday 13/03/2020. I stipulated delivery by 12:00, if possible. I did not receive any calls on the Friday and no-one delivered. There were numerous people on site until 17:00 that evening. RAM's tracking tool says, "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable Home - Contact Not Available", which is absolute *******. They just didn't bother to arrive or make contact and then proceed to be dishonest about it. I have subsequently been unable to get any answers out of RAM and that's when they actually answer the phone. This level of service is disgusting and I am still without my goods.
