Disgusting service
Most pathetic and useless courier. Difficult to get a hold of and no one calls you back. These guys have a don’t care attitude and do not have common courtesy to return calls. Big brands should not partner with this company. I will never order with a brand that uses this horrible company!

All our calls are recorded and the couriers escalated the matter to our office which we also tried to call, finding a resolution which other number do you have?

30 Aug 2023, 15:38I am not posting my contact number here! I gave 2 contact numbers when I placed my order! This is ridiculous. Even the replies to this complaint will show how delayed and unbothered you are to resolve this. You have absolutely no care as to how your promises and delays effect customers!

30 Aug 2023, 15:40I am trying to come up with a resolution as it is affecting the both of us, unfortunately I cannot answer for a network error or phone networks however because it has happened before we need to find a resolution and deliver the parcel as that is our main mandate, we will re-attempt the parcel and contact you back again.
