Disgusting manners

Had a parcel delivered to my place today, driver's contact number is ***. I opened the gate for him via my cellphone as i was not home to receive my parcel, I however had someone to accept the parcel on my behalf. Guy phones me when he is at the gate, very rudely tells me that he has been waiting for a while to get out of the gate as if i was aware of this. The people at the premises were the ones who were supposed to open for him, and i get that he didnt know that. But to be rude with me over the phone to say he has been waiting to get out. Please get me someone with a more respectful manners, such a tone will never be tolerated with me. Alternatively, please advise if it is possible to collect our parcels like what Takealot does with their with pick-up-points. I have zero tolerance for men that disrespect women.
