Disgusting customer service!!!
Ram is absolutely useless! Will come to your address won’t even attempt to call you and just go if no one picks up or if a minute later to answer. They make your hold the line for hours and the WhatsApp line does not even work. If you say hi it gives you an error! I don’t know why the likes of providers like woolworths/and designer brands use this service!

04 Jun 2026, 08:59I have still not heard back, everyday i did a missed call notification from RAM but it never rings! I have still not received my package! This is disgusting and absolutely poor poor service!
